Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of the DeepQuest Learning platform ("Service") by schools and their authorised users. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts & access

Accounts are provisioned by each school for its administrators, teachers, students, staff and parents. Users are responsible for keeping their credentials secure and for activity under their account. Access is scoped by the role the school assigns.

2. Acceptable use

• Use the Service only for legitimate educational and administrative purposes.
• Do not attempt to breach security, access data outside your role, or disrupt the Service.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content.

3. School data

Each school owns its data. We process it on the school's behalf to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. The school is responsible for the accuracy of records it enters and for obtaining any consents required for its community.

4. AI-generated content

The Service can generate question papers and other materials grounded in curriculum content. Generated output is provided to assist educators and should be reviewed by a teacher before use. We do not guarantee that generated content is free of error.

5. Availability

We work to keep the Service reliable but provide it on an "as available" basis and may perform maintenance or updates. Planned downtime will be communicated where practical.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties, and our liability is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the preceding term.
