Privacy Policy

DeepQuest Learning ("DeepQuest Learning", "we", "us") provides a school management and learning platform to educational institutions ("schools"). This policy explains what information we handle and how we protect it. We act as a data processor on behalf of each school, which is the data controller for its community's information.

1. Information we handle

• School & account data — institution details, staff and administrator accounts, roles and permissions.
• Student & parent data — names, class/section, attendance, assignments, results, fee records and contact details, entered by the school.
• Usage data — sign-in events, device and log information used to keep the service secure and reliable.

2. How we use it

Strictly to operate the platform for the school: managing academics, attendance, fees, communication, AI-assisted question papers and reporting. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use student data to train third-party advertising models.

3. AI features

Our question-paper generation is grounded in licensed curriculum content and the school's own configuration. Prompts are processed solely to produce the requested output and are not used to build advertising profiles.

4. Security

Access is protected by single sign-on, per-school tenant isolation and role-based access control. Data is encrypted in transit, and access is limited to authorised personnel.

5. Data sharing

We share data only with infrastructure and communication sub-processors needed to run the service (e.g. cloud hosting and email/notification delivery), under appropriate agreements, and where required by law.

6. Retention & your rights

We retain data for as long as the school maintains its account, then delete or return it on request. Students, parents and staff may exercise access, correction and deletion rights through their school, which administers the records.
